Stretch & Strength (Ages 8+, Teens & Adults Welcome)
This dynamic class is designed to improve flexibility, build strength, and enhance overall body conditioning. Each session is individualized to meet every dancer’s or athlete’s needs, making it ideal for students ages 8 and up—including teens and adults. Through targeted stretching, core work, and strength training, participants will increase range of motion, improve alignment, and support injury prevention. Perfect for dancers, skaters, or anyone looking to stay strong, supple, and in shape!
